- My name is Isabelle Goulder but the students and staff know me as Ms. Izzy. This is my 5th year at Niwot Elementary and my 15th year working with children and families. I was born and raised in Boulder, CO and love everything this beautiful place has to offer. I received a Bachelors in Psychology, a Masters in Social Work and am a Licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) to support my work. I have experience providing intensive in-home therapy for children and teens, mental health services for veterans and investigating crimes against children, before I came to work in the school system. I feel incredibly lucky to work in a district and school that values the social emotional health of our children.You might see me in the morning during student drop off, in my office running small groups, in the gym facilitating a positive character trait assembly, in the hallways walking with students who need a break from the classroom, facilitating leadership groups, or checking in with a student struggling with anxiety. I love the versatility of my job and that I get to help the Niwot Elementary community in so many different ways. I am so honored to be in this role and look forward to meeting you and your families.
