- Community Schools
The continued safety, well-being, and success of our students, teachers, staff, and community has always been our top priority as we navigate the complex and evolving coronavirus crisis. To that end, our comprehensive task force has outlined a school reopening plan that includes a return to full-time in-person instruction for students in grades PK-5, 6, and 9, and an alternating schedule with a combination of in-person and synchronous real-time online learning for students in grades 7-8 and 10-12.

My name is Isabelle Goulder, but the kiddos call me Mrs. Izzy. This is my second year at Niwot Elementary and I feel so fortunate to be part of such a wonderful community. As the mental health specialist (social/emotional interventionist) I am part of the counseling program for the entire school. In my role, I am able to support students and staff to be their best selves and work through everyday challenges. I am able to work with students one-one one, in small groups, in the classroom and throughout the school in order to best fit their social and emotional needs. If you would like to know more about the counseling program or would like to refer your child for additional support, please visit our website (link coming soon).
Now a little about me. I was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado and have a very special connection to this magical place. My husband and I live in Longmont, with our new baby and 2 dogs. In our free time, we love to hike, bike, and spend time with our families. I attended CU Boulder, *SKO BUFFS* and received a Bachelors in Psychology in 2010 and have a Masters in Social Work from Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts. I have always loved working with children from my first job as a lifeguard and a swim instructor to my work as the Program Director of a non-profit in Larimer county, and in-home family therapist with teens in Denver. Throughout my various positions, giving children a voice has always been my mission. I look forward to meeting and working with all children at Niwot Elementary in some capacity.
I am at Niwot Mondays and Fridays all day and Wednesday afternoons.
